I’m a licensed Delaware REALTOR® with Keller Williams Empower and the Operations Manager for Purple Goat Property Management. I help buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants confidently navigate every stage of their real estate journey.

With experience in residential resale, new construction, investment properties, and property management, I bring a well-rounded perspective to every transaction. Whether I’m helping a first-time buyer achieve homeownership, preparing a property for sale, or assisting an investor with acquiring and managing rental properties, my focus is always on creating lasting value.

My business has been built largely through referrals, and that means so much to me. I don’t view the people I work with as simply clients. Many have become friends, and some have truly become family. Real estate has never felt transactional to me. It’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, bring people together, and create a strong sense of community.

Through my role at Purple Goat Property Management, I oversee the daily operations of residential rental properties, including leasing, tenant relations, property inspections, maintenance coordination, vendor management, lease administration, rent collection, and owner communication. This hands-on experience allows me to offer investors practical guidance on growing, managing, and protecting their real estate portfolios.

Outside of real estate, I’m a wife, mom of two girls, and passionate fitness enthusiast. I run marathons, compete in HYROX events, and love barre and Pilates. Fitness has introduced me to incredible people who motivate, support, and challenge one another, and it has strengthened my passion for building communities around shared interests and genuine connections.
